Have you ever had a moment when you don’t want to do something anymore? Because it’s enough, you are done and you can’t focus anymore. You say “i don’t want to do this anymore or I don’t know what to do!” Well, my friend, this is a huge obstacle in front of you and you should change this thought.

Everyone, in their life, probably had this moment but the ones who changed themselves, who motivated themselves, are the ones who SUCCEEDED in life. You can’t know the power of self-motivation unless you experience it. And to experience it, you should be motivated, obviously, and be determined.

Let’s get deeper into HOW you can do it. There are some attachments. If you understand or find out what motivates you to do things, you can make the first step. Setting a new goal also has a huge impact on your motivation. Having a goal makes you feel stronger and makes you feel like you have a PURPOSE. And that’s a BIG THING. Then comes focusing on your dreams. Personally, that is my motivation. I always motivate myself by thinking of my dreams. Having a dream is a perfect way to be motivated. Because don’t people live for this? You should stay positive, after all. Your energy could go down and you can lose your motivation easily. That’s one thing we wouldn’t want, right?

There are some details that i want to mention. Self-motivation comes from your inside. So it’s really hard to manage your inside. Here are some techniques for you to follow.

  1. Have a dream or goal
  2. Visualize yourself at the end of your goal/dream
  3. Stay positive and remove the things that have a negative impact on you
  4. Learn how to manage your time wisely
  5. SET DEADLINES
  6. Share your thoughts with your friends or family
  7. Believe in yourself..

Think about the end. After this “hard” process, you are going to make it! It is so powerful that you can do “anything”. Never give up and follow your beliefs and dreams. Ask for help if needed, take a break if needed, and never give up. You are a better version of yourself than you think…
